Catherine is the operational engine behind NC Custom Pools. As a Charlotte and Lake Norman local, she possesses an intimate understanding of the region’s culture, communities, and real estate landscape.

Leveraging her professional background as a local Realtor, Catherine navigates property zoning and permitting, ensuring every build gets off the ground without a hitch. She manages all administrative operations, advertising, and marketing. Known for being hyper-productive, she thrives on keeping the business meticulously organized.

When she isn’t driving the backend of the company, Catherine is renovating her family’s 1960s homestead alongside Jay, exploring nature, and keeping up with their three sons.
